Clear all recorded video on your Capture PC based DVR

In the event that you ever need to delete all recorded video on your PC based Capture DVR, you must follow the steps below in order to reset the recorded video database:

• Exit out to Windows with Auto Shutdown disabled by clicking on the virtual power button
• Close SmartShell, by right clicking on the black window and going to System > Close Double click on “My Computer”
• Double Click on “C:” drive
• Drag IBank file folder and all contents to recycle bin
• It will say it is too big for bin and must permanently delete.
• Click “Yes To All”
• Follow same procedure for any other installed HDD’s
• Once all IBank folders are deleted, click on Start
• Then Programs > DVR > IBank setup
• Assign IBanks to hard drives by highlighting the C: drive and making sure that the available number of IBanks assigned to drive C: are zero
• All other drives will automatically have IBanks assigned to all free space
• Once IBanks are done, click Exit.
• Restart Capture by going to Start > Programs > DVR > SmartShell
• Push Record
